GELO Timber Industries today

With a yearly cut of 250 000 solid cubic meters and very modern sawmill technology;

GELO is one of the biggest and most renowned timber processing factories in Germany today.

The company’s area has grown to 200 000 sq. m.

Mass products as well as timber of every dimension and length is produced in a profile chipping plant that boasts of a flexible infeed with a special and unique technology.

Thanks to its 8 high-temperature drying facilities and 1 vacuum-drying installation, GELO is able to dry all kinds of timber to any desirable level of final moisture content before processing.

Wood is processed and tagged with different profiles on 4 flexible planing machines in the internal planing plants.
