This involves the precise preparation of timber structures. Especially with roof trusses, timber frame houses, carports, larger conservatories, etc., each individual timber beam is cut to size.

Equipped with a comprehensive 6-axis robot unit, we manufacture to the highest possible quality and can deburr, groove, drill, mill, slot and mark.
Your path to the finished building object
Whether dormer, roof truss, carport or timber frame house... the possibilities are extremely varied and almost unlimited.
Step 1: You simply bring us your idea. (Alternatively, you can send us finished, machine-readable timber framing data in .BVN or .BVX format, and we will prepare it for you.)
Step 2: Our experienced staff then carry out the comprehensive and practically oriented work preparation. We use the latest SEMA software for planning.
Step 3: With the delivery of your timber frame, you will then receive an assembly plan and the parts list.
Step 4: You can now easily assemble your carport or piece of furniture yourself.

What methods are there for joinery?
There are various methods that can be used for joining. In traditional joining, each individual part is measured, which is very time-consuming and is used less and less in modern times. In drawing joining, the angles are determined geometrically and transferred to the actual size. The most common variant is computer-aided joining, in which special programs calculate the required values.
Carport joinery - what is important?
We recommend having the preparation of the individual components for a carport carried out professionally. It is important to work precisely here. When placing an order, you as the customer should know the required dimensions, otherwise the cut material will not fit the desired area in the end, which would be annoying. Otherwise, we are always happy to advise you on your construction project - because we are the trained professionals!
